A while ago we made a post about some information regarding the map pack that will soon be coming to the marketplace. With new information becoming available we thought we would pass it on to you. Images were supplied by GameSpot.

Although there is still not confirmed released date for this update it is scheduled for sometime this month. First off, there will not be three new maps as originally stated, but four. The four maps will be BROADCAST, CREEK, KILL HOUSE (No relation to Vegas) and CHINATOWN.

Broadcast is carried over from the single player missions and has been expanded upon and modified to create a more enjoyable multiplayer map. The map features 2 floors with access to the roof and a parking lot which has been expanded to include another small building. This is the only map to be a single player port whereas all others are brand spanking new.

Creek is a very large outdoor map with a line of buildings along one side. A deep rocky creek that cuts across the middle of the map with a lot of cover along the rim for snipers to blend in. It is also said to have a lengthy winding cave system and a waterfall in which close combat action will relish.

A small amount of detail has been released on ChinaTown, though I would assume that the name will create quite a self explanatory idea.

Kill House is a bonus map not originally stated in the release. No information has been released regarding its content except for this quote “think of the single-player campaign’s initial training level as a reference”. So maybe something along the lines of a training ground or cheesy paintball field is in order.

There is still no definte word on the price or release date.
