Stimulus Pack Now Available

The stimulus pack is now available! Costing 1200 points from the Xbox Live Marketplace you get an additional 5 maps, with 2 old favourites ( Crash and Overgrown ) from CoD4. Activision announced that there will also be an update coming hand in hand with this pack that everyone will get when they sign in during the next couple of days

New Call Of Duty 5 Achievements With Map Pack

The new Call of Duty 5 map pack, the second pack that has been released so far, was released today at the price of 800 points. There is currently no plan to reduce the price of the previous pack to get some more sold off but it doesn’t hurt to remain hopeful. The new pack comes with 5 new maps, 4 adversarial and 1 zombie map, and 250 points worth of zombie related achievements

Even though Halo 3 may have taken over Call Of Duty 4 as the most played Xbox Live title, Infinity Ward has not given up! Infinity Ward are planning to add an additional 4 game modes. Although there is currently no set date yet as to when these new playlists will go online, but I imagine it won’t be too long now

A while ago we made a post about some information regarding the map pack that will soon be coming to the marketplace. With new information becoming available we thought we would pass it on to you. Images were supplied by GameSpot.

CoD4: Playlist Changes And Updates

Although there is not a confirmed date for this update it is scheduled to take place in December and it looks like it will be a good one. Many simple bugs have been fixed as well as some rather interesting editions that are definatly worth a read through. The best feature, in my opinion, is that a game will no longer crash out if a host leaves, it will simply return people to a lobby and select a new host from the remaining players. Just a quick note on this one after the semi-lengthy one a short while ago. Apparantly you can get yourself hooked up with a multiplayer beta copy of the new CoD game.
