Microsoft today released a statement that explains why Xbox LIVE has been experiencing severe problems. The reason is that they have had the largest amount of new members coming to xbox live in it’s 5 year history and additionally broke the record for the single biggest day of concurrent members ever on the service.
When you download, play a game or pretty much do anything on your 360 it will cache the information and store it on the harddrive. This can lead to your system being slower than usual and make online play slower. There is a solution however, you can clear your cache and this should resolve the problems.
After a recent interview with Microsoft Japan, information was accidentally leaked concerning a few features that will be integrated in the coming update. One of the key points is that any XBLA games that have not been purchased will not show on your games list. No longer will we have to put up with Ms. Pacman or Paperboy showing up on our played games and getting people to ask whether we actually bought them
